547: What does he mean by “waste”?

aqq：有一个画面，有各种各样的光线交错在一起，交错在一起的光线可能会有一些是穿过去，还有一些是向其他的方向折射过去。

他说之所以是“垃圾”，就是因为没有一个人的思想会和另一个完全一致。

aqq：他说这个画面代表的是你们思想能量的交错。依我的理解，并没有所谓的主次，你们都在迸发与灌注你们的能量进驻其中，因此会产生新的创造！

aqq: He said this image represents the intersection of your thought energies. From my understanding, there’s no hierarchy. You are all bursting and pouring your energy into it, thus creating something new!

aqq：新的希望！

aqq: New hope!

547：dpp读到一个观点，所有眼睛看到的、耳朵听到的，其实都是在人的大脑内部以屏幕的形式呈现，就像梦中看到的和听到的，即使当时感觉再真实，也都只是发生在大脑内部而已。所有我们认为用眼睛看到的一切，也只是头脑中模拟出的虚拟信号。所以可能人一辈子只是活在自己的脑袋里，而从未真正见到过彼此真实的样子。

547: dpp came across a viewpoint that everything seen by the eyes and heard by the ears is actually presented as a screen inside the human brain, just like what is seen and heard in dreams. Even if it feels real at the time, it’s all happening inside the brain. Everything we think we see with our eyes is just a simulated virtual signal in the mind. So, perhaps people live their entire lives inside their own heads and have never truly seen each other’s real forms.

想问一下《金刚经》里说的：“凡所有相皆是虚妄”，指的是不是这个意思？

I want to ask if the line from the 《Diamond Sutra》, “All phenomena are illusory,” refers to this idea?

aqq：他说你的认识是非常深刻的，如果一个人可以彻底地领悟“凡所有相皆是虚妄”这句话，那么似乎看起来就没有更多的功课要做了。

aqq: He said your understanding is very profound. If one can fully grasp the meaning of “All phenomena are illusory,” it might seem like there’s no more work to be done.

但是，对于这句话理解的难度，在于你们会由于巨大的惯性，很容易将自己的存在与这句话所代表的真理、真相割裂，你们仅仅会把它当作一句话，而不是你存在本身的“事实”。

However, the difficulty in understanding this lies in the immense inertia that easily separates your existence from the truth and reality this statement represents. You might simply treat it as a sentence rather than the “fact” of your very existence.

dpp：看到一些负面团体在宣扬地球是宇宙中的监狱，借此观点传递恐惧，并把人导向外求，该怎么看待他们？

dpp: I’ve seen some negative groups promoting the idea that Earth is a prison in the universe, spreading fear and directing people to seek external solutions. How should we view them?

aqq：他说可以理解你们作为光与爱这一边儿的，他说我们是选边儿站的，作为这一个阵营的战士，任何一种会激发恐惧及诸多负面情绪的理念、概念、体系、言论，同样会激发出你们的抗拒以及与生俱来的想要与之战斗的一种能量状态。

aqq: He said it’s understandable that you, as part of the light and love side, have chosen your stance. As warriors of this camp, any concept, system, or statement that triggers fear and negative emotions will naturally evoke resistance and an innate desire to fight against it.

他说这是你们作为选择这一世光与爱的形式行进的身份，所天然带有的，你可以理解为在你的DNA设计中自然呈现的状态、天赋、能力。

He said this is inherent to your identity as beings who have chosen to walk the path of light and love in this lifetime. You can understand it as a state, talent, or ability naturally present in your DNA design.

但是同样需要看到更高的可能性，当你与之对抗，你选择了抗拒，你选择了对立。

But it’s also important to see a higher possibility. When you resist, you choose opposition.

秉持那种言论的人同样也是选边站，他们看起来与你们站在了不同的、甚至是对立的阵营中。

Those who hold such views have also chosen their side, seemingly standing in a different, even opposing camp.

当你在与之抗拒时，你跟他们是差不多的，要看到你们和他们不是分裂的，看到你们仍然是有机会去转化、去流动、去成为涵容一切的一。

When you resist them, you are not much different from them. See that you and they are not separate, and recognize that there is still an opportunity to transform, flow, and become the One that encompasses everything.

aqq：我刚才发送了一个问题，我说那你们呢？

aqq: I just sent a question, asking, “What about you?”

他说你可以认为我们也是选边站的，我们都选择了自己的角色，但要看到你们的抗拒，当你们可以更加客观、平静地去观察对方的阵营，你又重新回到了看到自己在一场游戏中的真正身份。

He said you can consider that we have also chosen our side. We have all chosen our roles, but it’s important to see your resistance. When you can observe the opposing camp more objectively and calmly, you return to seeing your true identity in this game.

然后他又回到了“凡所有相皆是虚妄”的话题，对于真理的理解，头脑层面的理解是一回事，当你过尽千帆之后的那个你，一层又一层不断的理解，是另一回事。

Then he returned to the topic of “All phenomena are illusory.” Understanding truth at the mental level is one thing, but the understanding that comes after experiencing countless layers of life is another.

真理从来都不是可以用一句话去描述的，真理只存在于你们真切地、不断地进化的历程中，直到你们自己真正地知道，所以对这句话的评论到此为止。

Truth can never be fully described in a single sentence. Truth exists only in your genuine, ongoing evolutionary journey until you truly know it for yourself. So, comments on this statement end here.

547：想问刚才提到在二元中转化流动，并成为一的具体方式是什么？

547: I want to ask about the specific ways to transform and flow within duality and become One, as mentioned earlier.

aqq：保持你们意识的敞开，敞开这件事情本身就是流动的。他说敞开是流动的，并不意味着你们的意识会永远无止境地朝一个方向敞开。

aqq: Keep your consciousness open. Openness itself is fluid. He said openness is fluid, but it doesn’t mean your consciousness will endlessly expand in one direction.

他说放轻松！只有在放松的状态下，才意味着真正地敞开，放松意味着放下那些对“敌对势力”的对抗，放下对“异己”的排斥。

He said, relax! Only in a relaxed state can you truly be open. Relaxation means letting go of resistance against the “enemy” and releasing the rejection of the “other.”

放松同样意味着知道你们本就是两个极性共存于一体的存在，因此你们本来就是一。

Relaxation also means knowing that you are inherently the coexistence of two polarities within One. Therefore, you are already One.

你并不需要成为一，你就是一，然后他引用了一个我今天学的知道，我在学奇门遁甲，有两个层面，有一个层面是变动的，还有一个层面是你看不见的，但是它是固定。

You don’t need to become One; you are One. Then he referenced something I learned today. I’m studying Qimen Dunjia, which has two levels: one is the changing level, and the other is the unseen, fixed level.

他说刚才说的，“你就是一”是指下面那个你看不见的，但是它就是固定在那里的，它本身就是存在的。

He said when he mentioned “you are One,” he was referring to the unseen, fixed level that is always present.

他说所以要经常回到，知道你本来就是下面那个固定的看不见的一的状态。

He said you should frequently return to the state of knowing that you are inherently the unseen, fixed One.

他说在你们的世界中，存在着无数的方式、方法，你们谓之为“术”的东西，都在帮助你们从表面混乱的、一直在变动的状态，回到底下的一的状态。

He said in your world, there are countless methods and techniques, what you call “arts,” all helping you return from the chaotic, ever-changing surface to the underlying state of One.

他说所有的领域、所有的人都有机会，都可以、都能够接触到所有的这些最适合个体所使用的方式或工具，只在于你们是否在心中点亮了这样一个回到一的状态的渴望。就是这样。

He said all fields and all people have the opportunity to access the methods or tools most suitable for them. It only depends on whether you have ignited within your heart the desire to return to the state of One. That’s all.

547：怎么样理解点亮回到一的渴望这句话？是怎么点亮的？

547: How do we understand “igniting the desire to return to One”? How is it ignited?

aqq：这是你们自己内心的向往，他说有一些人选择在这一世当灵魂积累了足够多的经验、技能、能量，会触碰到一个类似于天花板的东西，往往在这一世选择在灵性领域修行与学习的人，正是到了充分点亮这个渴望的时刻。

aqq: It’s an inner longing within you. He said some people, after accumulating enough experience, skills, and energy in this lifetime, will hit a kind of ceiling. Often, those who choose to practice and study in the spiritual field in this lifetime are at the moment of fully igniting this desire.

相当一部分选择在灵性领域精进的人，大家有一种在冲刺的感觉。

A significant portion of those who choose to advance in the spiritual field feel like they are in a sprint.

547：继续有关一的话题，dpp还问到有关万法万教归一，统一信仰的事情？问问大角星小伙伴们有什么信息？

547: Continuing on the topic of One, dpp also asked about the idea of “all teachings and methods returning to One” and the unification of beliefs. What do the Arcturian friends have to say about this?

aqq：他说随着地球人类整体及个体意识的不断拓展与提升，这是一个必然的进程，并不会有一个领导人，或一个终极宗教或流派来实现这个一。

aqq: He said as the collective and individual consciousness of Earth’s humanity continues to expand and elevate, this is an inevitable process. It won’t be achieved by a single leader, religion, or school.

这个一的实现，就是整体作为地球人类，以及地球整体环境处在了一个无限接近于源头的状态，这是自然且必然的。

The realization of One is when Earth’s humanity and the planet as a whole reach a state infinitely close to the Source. This is natural and inevitable.

aqq：我刚才问了一下，我问我能看的到那一天吗？

aqq: I just asked, “Will I be able to see that day?”

他说还挺遥远的，如果以地球上的时间来计算的话。

He said it’s still quite far off, if measured by Earth’s timeline.

547：我们如何协助推进这个进程呢？

547: How can we assist in advancing this process?

aqq：你们已经在做！你们也做得非常好！你们已经为此付出了诸多生世，相信你们存在的本身即是巨大的贡献。顺应你能够感知到的任何能量走向，那都是对的，那都是你应该所在的地方。

aqq: You are already doing it! And you’re doing very well! You have already devoted many lifetimes to this. Believe that your very existence is a tremendous contribution. Follow any energy flow you can perceive—it’s all correct, and it’s exactly where you should be.

给了我一个画面，是在海滩上，潮涨潮落，有一种要顺应自然潮汐、顺应那个脉动的感觉。

He gave me an image of a beach with the tides rising and falling, a sense of aligning with the natural rhythm and pulse.

他说：自然！注意保持并且调整你们的状态，保持在微妙的、精微的平衡的状态，你会感觉到精微的能量的指引。

He said: Be natural! Pay attention to maintaining and adjusting your state, staying in a subtle, refined balance. You will feel the guidance of subtle energy.

你不会错过，你不会犯错，你不会遗忘任何一个事件，你所承诺的你需要去完成的事件。

You won’t miss anything, you won’t make mistakes, and you won’t forget any event you’ve committed to completing.

547：所谓的封存和擦掉是什么意思？

547: What does “sealing” and “erasing” mean?

aqq：封存可以理解成这一世将会用到的必备品，通俗的讲，就是随着人生的阅历、历练越来越多，你们会认为通过这些阅历获得了智慧和经验，但是从他们的角度讲，这些智慧和经验只是暂时的封存，必须通过这些历练激活、解锁。

aqq: Sealing can be understood as storing essential items for use in this lifetime. In simpler terms, as you gain more life experience, you might think you’ve acquired wisdom and knowledge through these experiences. But from their perspective, this wisdom and knowledge are only temporarily sealed and must be activated and unlocked through these experiences.

有关擦掉，你可以把擦掉视为一个小工具，快速及时显著地处理当下不和谐能量。

As for “erasing,” you can think of it as a small tool to quickly and effectively handle disharmonious energy in the present moment.

针对非常深层的创伤，有一个画面，像一个面团，那种很柔软的面团，把它一点一点的填充进很深的伤口部分。面团就是指你当下的能量，也就是你当下的智慧、光与爱。

For very deep trauma, there’s an image of a soft dough being gently filled into the deep wound. The dough represents your current energy, your current wisdom, light, and love.
